In this project we invite the public to co-create messages and ideas from challenges and stimuli. The utopia machine is a game of interactions in which the public enters into a minifiction that refers to the late 1960s and proposes diverse ways of generating phrases and small narratives around present desires and images between nostalgic and utopian. An old typewriter with available paper and its instructions for use, in the manner of a set to play, multiple sensory stimuli that open forms of creative writing. The installation generates the possibility of writing freely and uniting one’s own story with that of others. The proposal is to generate an archive of desires and stories from a utopian thought and expose them in the same place where the machine is presented as a way of chaining trajectories and stories.
